The brief: Evolve the Teladoc Health homepage so that it speaks to all core audiences and gets people where they need to go, explains what we do, and conveys what we stand for.

The solution: Taking insights from our legacy homepage as well as user testing conducted we landed on this final design. Leading with our vision, we quickly get at what we stand for, and pairing that with a visual visit reinforces our services right in the hero placement. Below we decided to use a text callout with three tiles that give our core audiences (consumers, organizations, physicians) a jumping off point to get to content that is relevant to them. Scrolling down the page, we’ve now established what we do, what we stand for and the audiences we are speaking to, so we tee’d up some statistics and testimonials to bring in a social proof element.

My role: I was the designer on this project, working in Figma to drive the process from wireframes to layout, while partnering with the development team and creative leadership, ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the build and quality assurance phases.

The brief: Re-concept the web navigation experience to better reflect the full portfolio of what Teladoc Health offers.

The solution: The new navigation design leveraged a hover, expand/collapse function, which allowed us to go deeper on our service offerings. For the B2B audience the market was getting confused what segment they fell into, so we decided to divide their navigation by audience, adding in subtext to further clarify who was who. Overall this new nav experience allowed us to show the depth of our solutions and the populations we serve.

My role: I was involved from concept to QA of the live version. I started by researching other's creative solutions, developing my recommendation, then shared out with leadership for final approval.

The brief: Update the current B2C solution page to be have a more cohesive user story from email/DM. The goal is to get them to entire the registration flow.

The Solution: We began by analyzing the current page to identify gaps and conducted light competitive analysis. We then crafted two versions of the page: one focused on the product and another that opened with an emotional member testimonial. Both versions, along with the original, were put through qualitative testing with a focus group. The results revealed that an emotional opening resonated more with the audience, leading to higher engagement. Additionally, we discovered that calling out "$0" was appealing but raised questions, prompting us to add a new content block addressing users’ concerns.

My Role: I led a team of a junior designer and a copywriter throughout the project, overseeing brainstorming sessions, strategy development, and day-to-day design work. I partnered with our testing team to gather qualitative insights and guided the team on how to incorporate feedback into the final designs.

The brief: Revamp the current solution page, but instead of leading with features, lead with benefits to create a stronger and more cohesive user experience driving conversion.

The Solution: We analyzed current page heatmaps and user behavior through VWO, using these insights to inform a new wireframe. By incorporating user personas and competitive analysis, we crafted a page that resonated more effectively with our B2B audience, focusing on their needs and pain points rather than just product features.

My Role: I led the project from brief to execution, guiding the designer and copywriter while collaborating closely with the team. While I took a more hands-on approach with brainstorming and strategy, I provided oversight on the overall execution.

The brief: Migrate and optimize the legacy Forum event site into the AEM platform.

The solution: Because the ask was to migrate an existing site, I started with conversations to our marketing team trying to identify what they felt like was working and not working with the existing experience. From there I worked in Figma to develop wireframes and get buy in on the new storytelling before moving into full layout. The new web design creates a more seamless experience and allows us to leverage other email touch-points to keep visitors engaged post event.

My role: I led the design efforts for this migration taking both an active design role and a creative oversight role. From strategy conversations our marketing partners to dev handoff processes with Angelos, I was involved from kickoff to go-live.

The brief: Come up with a test that can be run on the landing page to see why the FAQs are lighting up on heat maps and how we can better address the users questions.

The Solution: Based on heatmap analysis, we tested a new approach by moving the FAQ content higher up on the page while maintaining its interactive accordion dropdown format. To explore whether the traction was due to user behavior or content positioning, we preserved the FAQ structure but reworked the sentence format into statements rather than a question/answer style. This adjustment led to a 12.5% increase in clicks on the new section and a 5% improvement in CTA conversion rates above the FAQs.

My Role: I served as both strategist and designer, developing the testing plan, redesigning the FAQ section, and ensuring insights could inform future page optimizations.

The Brief: Design a corporate website for the launch of a new logistics and procurement consulting agency, Bluspark Global.

The Solution: We created a fully functional website, taking the project from strategic planning to design and execution. The site’s structure and content were carefully planned to showcase the agency's expertise and services while delivering a professional and intuitive user experience.

The brief: Develop ads to run on paid social testing different messaging/personas around back to school. We want to test Moms vs young adult audience.

The Solution: We created concepts tailored to both moms and college students, leaning into the digital nature of the service and the ad channel. Using a notes app and text message design, we illustrated how easy it is to connect with a high-quality doctor—just like texting a group chat. These relatable and visually engaging designs helped bridge the gap between the audiences and Teladoc’s services.

The Brief: Create a social media teaser video to promote a roundtable event hosted in Dubai alongside the Dubai Desert Classic golf tournament.

The Solution: We crafted a fast-paced video optimized for LinkedIn, leading with breathtaking, iconic visuals of Dubai paired with upbeat music and sleek animations. This dynamic combination built excitement and anticipation for the exclusive event while remaining on-brand and visually engaging.

The Brief: Design a LinkedIn graphic to promote a recently published thought leadership article.

The Solution: We developed a LinkedIn carousel that opened with the article's hero image, creating a visual connection between the promotional asset and the article itself, which focuses on logistics. Bold colors and easily scannable headlines delivered bite-sized insights, giving viewers a quick overview of the article’s key themes.

The Brief: Design a social asset to promote a recent podcast episode featuring one of the company's leaders.

The Solution: With no existing video or photo assets for the podcast, we created a dynamic waveform animation to signal the audible nature of the content. To add a personal touch, we conducted a "mock" photoshoot of the featured leader and paired their image with the animation, tying the visual directly to the speaker and elevating the post's engagement potential.

My Role: I served as the sole designer from concept to execution, as well as the photographer, capturing custom imagery of the leader for use in the post.

The brief: Designed an animated billboard in Times Square in conjunction with the NY OOH campaign targeting a healthcare conference that was taking place next door.

The solution: Visually we kept consistency in animation and style with the other assets developed for this OOH campaign. We did differ slightly from the white background since the directive was to grab the attention of nearby conference attendees. The awareness play led to a direct uptick in web traffic.

My role: I led the design efforts for this iteration of the OOH campaign. I ensured that our creative direction remained aligned with the other assets created for this project as well as with our brand identity. I worked closely with our animation partner to storyboard exactly how we envisioned this spot moving and displaying our message.

The brief: Design a branded series of digital urban panels, live cards in the subway and a billboard displayed across New York city, Brooklyn, and the Bronx that is centered around our Primary Care offering. This was a mid-to-low funnel ask intended to convert.

The solution: The focus of the design was simplicity and clarity to cut through the business these pieces would live in. Opting for a clean white background, bold headlines and minimal visual elements allowed our content to stand out effectively. Because our objective was conversion focused, we integrated a prominent cost callout to underscore the affordability of our service. We leveraged a video visits on the phone to quickly convey our offering—virtual healthcare.

My role: I led the design efforts from inception to execution on this project, collaborating closely with marketing partners, a copywriter and creative leadership to bring our vision to life. From concepting initial ideas to refining designs through iterative feedback loops, I ensured that our creative direction remained aligned with project objectives and brand identity. I prepared final design files for our vendor and storyboarded the motion concept for our animator.

The brief: Create a mid-funnel campaign that increase awareness and consideration of Teladoc Health overall and for key services - CCM, P360 and Mental Health.

The Solution: We created a relatable, story-driven campaign that opens with playful, human moments—small "oops" scenarios that resonate with the audience. By blending humor, empathy, and conversational messaging like "You can Teladoc that," we establish trust and relatability. The narrative seamlessly transitions to showcase Teladoc’s comprehensive solutions, emphasizing the platform’s ability to address a wide range of healthcare needs. Thoughtful design, mobile-first thinking, and engaging animation tie the story together, concluding with a clever visual play on “ALLLL” to highlight accessibility and breadth of services.

The results: This ad drove a 678% higher hook rate than other ads, with 30% more impressions.

The brief: Develop a video submission for the 2024 IHAF awards capturing all the work that the Teladoc Health creative team accomplished.

The solution: We worked with our marketing partners to pull together qualitative and quantitative pieces that we could feature in an animated video. We wanted to show all the really cool projects we accomplished and contributed too so far that year, and how we really transformed our brand.

My role: I led the project from an art direction standpoint. I was heavily involved in partnering with marketing to get the necessary pieces and statistics to feature. I then went off and organized all the assets into a story and developed story boards. From their I worked with our animation partners to see the project through to execution.

The brief: Develop a creative asset that captures the P360 experience for members who have never tired it. Data from our landing pages are showing members shooting to the FAQs to get a better understanding of our service offering.

The solution: We decided to develop a 5-video series that addressed user questions based on the FAQ web traffic data. Produced both English and Spanish version, with tailored cut-down versions optimized for social media platforms.

My role: I was the art director on this project, involved from conceptual work to final execution. I worked closly with a copywriter to devleop the storyboards and scripts that this video series would follow. As the project progressed, I collaborated with external production partners to cast talent, select sets, and virtually oversee on-set activities.

The brief: Develop a logo and brand identity for a new logistics and procurement consulting agency that will be the parent company of an existing supply chain brand, Gemini.

The solution: The name "Bluspark" is a hat tip to the Gemini twins, Castor and Pollux. In Greek mythology, the twins were known for being protectors of sailors at sea and they often showed up as St. Elmo's Fire. During this weather phenomenon, there is an electrical discharge from a rod-like object (like the mast of a ship) and a blue fluorescent light appears. To us, this light represents innovation, guidance, and an opportunity to revolutionize the maritime industry. Visually I leaned into the blue color palette as well as a horse to convey the forward momentum. I also used the idea of pixels coming together to represent the organization of disparate solutions, as well as nodding to the tech aspect of modern supply chains.

The Solution: The logo features a key symbolizing trust and real estate, paired with mesquite-inspired leaves as a nod to nature in San Antonio, where the company operates. A bold sans-serif font adds strength and modernity, while the overall design strikes a balance between traditional and contemporary aesthetics.

The Brief: Develop a brand identity for a shipper solution committed to sustainability and being green.

The Solution: The final logo combines a leaf and a water droplet, symbolizing the company’s environmental commitment while subtly nodding to the shipping industry. This clean, thoughtful design effectively communicates the brand’s mission at a glance.

The Brief: Create a logo and brand identity for an apartment complex inspired by vintage Miami aesthetics.

The Solution: The final logo incorporates the unique shape of the apartment's pool, softened with organic, fluid lines to evoke a relaxed coastal feel. Bold blues and pastel green tones enhance the tropical vibe, while palm tree elements add a touch of Miami flair, resulting in a memorable and visually striking brand identity.

The Brief: Create a range of event collateral for a marketing event hosted in conjunction with the Masters, including items like gift bag tags, menus, pocket guides, and custom QR code wifi cards, and more.

The Solution: I designed a series of branded assets that seamlessly merged the Slync.io brand with the Masters' event aesthetic, ensuring each piece was visually cohesive and functional for attendees on the ground.
